These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the PHN SCHOLAR EXAM portal (“Platform”) and related services (“Services”) offered by PHN Technology Pvt Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our” or “the Company”), having its registered office at Pune, Maharashtra, India.

By registering on or using the Platform available at www.phnscholar.com, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and PHN Technology regarding the use of the Platform.

Eligibility

• Users must be students enrolled in classes V to X (or as specified for the relevant exam year).
• Users must create an account and, if applicable, purchase a subscription or register for the exam to access full Services.
• You must provide valid identity and address proof as required for exam eligibility and scholarship verification.

Services

• We provide access to scholarship exams, study materials, results, notifications, and related content.
• Features and content may be updated, changed, or discontinued at our sole discretion.
• Access levels and fees depend on the subscription plan or registration status.

User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others; unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or termination.

Payment Terms

• Fees for paid services are as displayed at the time of purchase.
• We use authorized third-party payment gateways for processing payments; we do not store payment card details.
• Refund policies are as specified during purchase and generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at Pune, Maharashtra.
